A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing company in Nottingham has arose!

This role is perfect for an individual with a background developing and improving projects and processes within a manufacturing or engineering business.

Your day to day will include:
• Reviewing technical standards
• Working alongside the technical team to design and improve projects within the company.
• Researching new and alternative solutions, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Liasing with production engineers to improve the company’s operations and implement improvements
• Leading the production engineering team
• Scoping, designing and developing new products
• Building the businesses database of material operations
• Providing project updates to management

We are looking for someone with the below experience:
• Previous experience as a technical engineer or a similar role
• Hold a qualification within the engineering sector
• The ability to use Microsoft packages efficiently
• Experience working within a engineering or manufacturing company
• Able to use their own initiative
